While planning his son’s Brit Milah, he ran into the same frustration so many hosts face: finding quality rental equipment that matched the vision he had for his family’s celebration. Settling for less than what he’d imagined, on a day that meant so much, left a lasting impression.
That experience became the foundation of this company. Trio Event Rentals was built to deliver exactly what families and hosts actually imagine for their celebrations — beautiful, high-quality event rentals, without the stress and compromise that too often comes with planning a special occasion.
What started as a small operation in 2019 has grown, through dedication and a relentless customer-first approach, into one of the most trusted names in Los Angeles event rentals. Today, Trio operates from a 15,000-square-foot warehouse in Van Nuys, stocked with an ever-expanding inventory of premium furniture, décor, and event essentials, backed by a growing fleet built to serve events across the greater Los Angeles area.
