How to reserve your order
To reserve your order with Trio Event Rentals, follow these steps:
Submit Your Request: You can either email us at events@trioeventrentals.com or submit a request online. For email, please provide all necessary details for us to send you an accurate quote, such as:
- A list of the items you’d like to rent
- Delivery information, including address and event date
- Any special requirements, like stairs or elevator access
- Alternatively, you can use our online quote system by adding items to your cart. Simply select the items you need, specify the quantity, and add them to your cart. Once you’re finished, view your cart and follow the steps to submit your quote request.
Review & Verify: Once we receive your request, we’ll verify all the details, including the availability of the items and our crew for the event date.
Receive Your Quote: After confirming everything, we’ll send you a quote via email.
Finalize Your Reservation: Through the quote, you’ll have the option to reserve your order by signing the rental agreement and making a payment. You can conveniently complete your payment directly through the quote we send.
Reservation Policy
Please note that we do not place any rental items on hold. All rentals are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. To officially reserve your order, we require a signed rental agreement along with a security deposit. Orders are not confirmed until both are received. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
