Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for all rentals. At this time, customer pickups are not available. Standard delivery includes ground-level delivery within approximately 50 feet of the truck loading area. Stairs, elevators, or difficult access may require additional fees. Same-day and after-hours delivery are available for an additional fee.

Do you set up the equipment?

Yes, we set up all equipment except chairs, table settings, and tablecloths. Chairs are delivered stacked in the designated area. Chair setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee.

How do I reserve my order?

Submit a request by emailing events@trioeventrentals.com, filling out the Request a Quote form on our website, or adding items to your cart online. We do not accept orders over the phone. Once we receive your request, we verify availability and send an official quote by email with a secure reservation option.

How soon should I place my order?

For events up to 50 guests, book at least 1 week in advance. For larger events, 2 weeks or more. For weddings or major celebrations, book several months ahead. Holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas fill up quickly — book several weeks in advance.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your order. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, and checks. The deposit confirms your reservation and secures your selected items and event date.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum rental order. However, a minimum delivery and pickup fee applies to all orders regardless of size, as our trucks, labor, fuel, and insurance costs are the same for every delivery.
