Super super smooth process for my event where they dropped everything off with ample time before & after my event. They walked me through the items to make sure I had everything. When it came to set up, they were super helpful and for take down, super low maintenance where they literally cleaned it up for us. I'm a repeat customer! This is my second time with them, really happy with their service.

I was desperate for some last minute heaters for my outdoor event and Trio Event Rentals saved my party. They worked hard and fast to make it possible to deliver 2 heaters to my party with only a 3-hour notice. They were attentive, professional, and responsive. Their communication was flawless. The heaters were also delivered well in advance...just one hour after payment was made. Highly recommended company!

Renting from TRIO was great! When I first reached out to them, Olena took my order and she was absolutely lovely to work with. She replied in a timely manner and even after I had put in order she allowed me to make changes to it which was amazing. The day of the drop off and pick up everything went smooth. I had requested a call 30 mins before their arrival to my venue and that’s exactly what they did, same thing for the pick up. I highly recommend this company!

Trio Rentals was so awesome! They dropped all the items off the day before/picked up they day after and communicated very well. It was all so easy. They helped me set up the tables and items where I wanted them. I don’t live in LA but if I did, I’d totally use them again. Lastly, they are easy to get ahold of on the phone, which is amazing.
Trio was great! I worked with Olena who was super helpful and accommodating. Dishes/supplies were exactly as ordered and in good usable condition--that isn't always the case with all event rental companies (as I've learned). The company helped me out with delivery times and the items were delivered and picked up in exactly the location agreed upon even though I couldn't be there to supervise. I'll definitely use them again!

I have used Trio Event Rentals for several years for rental items for parties. The rentals are in very good condition, from tables, chairs, linens, to dishes and heaters, they look beautiful and work well. They are always delivered and picked up on time, and communication is excellent with the company. I can recommend them highly, and will continue to use them for parties in the future.
I rarely write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Trio Event Rentals that I wanted to share. I found them on Yelp and submitted a request, and their email response was super fast! I even made a last-minute change to the type of chairs I needed, and they were so accommodating. The delivery team was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be using them again, and I’ve already shared their info with my aunt for her Thanksgiving event, as well as a wedding planner I’m working with for a wedding at the end of the year. We had an amazing experience working with Trio! We held our wedding on August 3rd at King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas which is a difficult venue because everything including rentals has to be brought it. The venue also requires a walk through with vendors ahead of time. Trio was extremely accommodating for us. My fiancée probably made around 50 different changes to our order before our the final wedding week and every time Olena from Trio was more than happy to make the changes and would update our invoice for us. Trio showed right on time for everything and was very professional. Our rentals included tables, chairs, plates, silverware, wine glasses, a dance floor, umbrellas, and more. All of it was perfect and our guests had zero complaints. Based on our experience I would highly recommend them!

Trio Events did an amazing job setting up pipe & drape for our event at the Hyatt on 3/10/24. All of the employees were very polite, easy to work with, and accommodated small last minute changes. Hired their service for a small wedding we were having in our backyard, they totally delivered the tent, tables, and chairs the next day of my panicked call! They are great to work with, and the guys who delivered and set up were fantastic.
Very reliable and responsive company, they were able to accommodate my request to rent equipment for a dinner party I was hosting. I called them a day before my event and they had no problem in helping me with my order. I called two other companies that couldn’t so I guess they are very responsive and capable. TRIO EVENT RENTALS - We rented gold the Chavari Chairs with white cushion for my parent's 40th Anniversary event, the dinnerware and glassware were spotless and the crew was very polite and friendly. The girl i spoke with over the phone was an extremely helpful and patient, Very easy company to work with.

I’ve used their service to have party equipment for a large dinner party I was hosting. They had everything I needed for my event and also had very nice options to choose from. Wonderful guys very easy to work with. I rented some furniture from them for a small baby shower Party I was throwing for a friend. This was by far the easiest rental company i worked with ever. Although i already knew exactly what i needed, It was simply easy to reserve my order with them. I also got to mention the condition of their chairs was practically brand new, They communicated with me before they arrived so there was no delays at all and they arrived as scheduled for pickup. they are a 100% 5 star by my count.
